Basic Exterior Door Installations Includes the following:

• Pick up and delivery of new Exterior Door Slabs (purchased by customer) from local supplier, within 20 miles of our location in Dalton Gardens. (additional mileage $2.00 per mile outside of 20 miles- 1 way)

• Removal of existing Exterior Door Slab (if applicable) and haul away. (Does not include Dump fees. )

• Installation of new Exterior Door  Slab, in same size square opening in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Mortise hinges, bore door and install standard hardware. Install kick plate and peep hole.

• Caulk or Insulate as required...

• Test to ensure proper operation.

• Final clean up of job site. (Site clean up and haul off of material and old door does not include dump fees as are required locally)

Basic Exterior Door Installation Labor Does Not Include the following:

Furr out of existing jamb over 1 inch (Estimate Only)
Cut down door - $50.00 ea
Upcharge for Hardwood Doors (Mahogany and Oak) - $70.00
Removal & Re-Installation of existing Storm or Security Door - $99.00
Installation of Custom Interior Trim - $3.50 Lin. Ft.
Installation of Sidelight or Transom - $169.00 Ea.
Concealed Damage and Replacing Rotten Wood - (Estimate Only)
Structural modifications - (Estimate Only)
Resize Door Opening - (Estimate Only)
Painting or Staining - (Estimate Only)
Mortise Locks - $35.00 ea
Additional Custom Work (Estimate Only)
Dump Fee $5.00 (subject to change)
Travel Outside of 20 miles from Our Location $2.00 per mile (1-way)
Trip Charge Minimum - $50.00 Ea.
Change Orders - $48.00/Man Hour plus Materials

All materials to be supplied by customer. A written material list will be sent upon request, via email to ensure all proper product is ordered by consumer for installation. Local sales tax applies to labor in Washington State.
