Basic Exterior Door Installations Includes the
following:

Pick up and delivery of new Exterior
Pre Hung Doors (purchased by customer) from local supplier,
within 20 miles of our location in Dalton Gardens.
(additional mileage $2.00 per mile outside of
20 miles- 1 way)

Removal of existing Exterior Pre
Hung Door (if
applicable) and haul
away. (Does not include Dump
fees. )

Installation of new Exterior
Pre Hung Door , in same size square opening in accordance
with manufacturer specifications. Install standard
lockset in pre-bored hole.

Caulk or Insulate as required...
-
Replace existing, or install new
trim (supplied by homeowner).
(new trim requiring work beyond
replacement...e.g.: Decorative or Ornamental if not
already existing is an additional charge.)

Test to ensure proper operation.

Final clean up of job site.
(Site clean up and haul off of
material and old door does not include dump fees as
are required locally)
