Let's Meet and Talk About Your Project
How to get started.
The first step is to meet with me at your home so we can talk about your project and the work you would like done. I take the information you give me and present you with an estimate of the time and cost of the project.
I am happy to present you with a list of references made up of past clients. I encourage you to speak with my customers to verify that you can trust me and my crew to be professional and do a great job.
Please request your free quote by clicking on the large orange button. I’ll call you back to schedule a time to come to your home to find out exactly what you want and present you with a quote.
If you need help deciding what can and should be done, I’m happy to help. I’ve remodeled hundreds of homes and know what looks good and what doesn’t.
When you accept the estimate I will put your project on our schedule. Please be aware that we are usually booked out for at least a month. If you are in a time crunch we suggest getting the process started sooner rather than later!

Frequently Asked Questions
How Much Does a Home Remodel Cost?
Remodeling projects come in all shapes and sizes. My bids are competitive and sometimes I’m willing to do a cost-plus deal. Cost-plus is when you pay for labor and materials plus a small percentage, usually 15%. This covers my overhead and allows me to give you the remodel of your dreams without breaking the bank.
How long does it take to remodel my home?
Remodels can move pretty quick when we are in there working. Slow downs happen when we have to wait for building inspectors to verify that our work is up to code. I know the ins and outs of Idaho building codes and will handle all of the scheduling for inspections. With me handling these details your project will run smoothly and without delays.
Will My House Be a Disaster Zone?
Remodeling your home can be overwhelming. We help reduce the stress by taking every precaution to keep your house clean and orderly. Our small crew is made up of clean, respectable individuals that treat your home like their grandmother’s home. With respect and attention to detail we will make the remodeling process as smooth and hassle free as possible.
What if there is a problem with something you worked on after the project is over?
All of our work is guaranteed to stand up to the test of time. Besides the 2 year warranty, we will come back to fix anything that isn’t right no matter what it is. Our guys are busy so they don’t like to return to a job after it’s finished. That’s why we do everything we can to do things right the first time.
How soon can we start our project?
We are usually booked out at least a month in advance. For smaller projects we are flexible in our scheduling and do our best to work around your busy schedule. Larger projects that take more planning may require us to get permits from the City. If this is the case, we must draft plans and present them to the County Clerk, then wait for them to issue permits. This can take weeks, sometimes months, so getting started ahead of time ensures we can start building when it’s most convenient for you.
How can I verify your company before I make a decision?
When I meet you to talk about your project you will see that I am a stand up, trustworthy individual. Building and remodeling homes has been my passion since I was 18 years old and continues to be my purpose to this day. In addition to a great first impression I always provide a list of references made up of past clients and encourage you to call a few and speak with them for yourself. I want you to be comfortable and feel like you can trust me before we work together.
